Payment Conditions

Letter of Credit (LC): Irrevocable, confirmed, transferable and divisible.
Presentation extension up to thirty days for force majeure situations.
Invoices below EUR 200,000: payment by bank transfer.
Invoices of EUR 200,000 or above: payment by Letter of Credit (LC).

Policies and Documents for Payment

Commercial Invoice — one original and one copy.
Packing List — one original and one copy.
Original Bill of Lading or Sea Waybill.
Schedule may vary with material and vessel availability.
Partial shipments allowed; corresponding partial payments permitted.

Unless otherwise agreed, LCs are subject to UCP 600 and Incoterms® 2020 apply. Each party bears its own bank charges. CIF shipments require an insurance certificate.
